I hope that Spring has sprung with you all and that you have accessed the great outdoors to celebrate!
I was very happy to be featured in the local VantagePoint magazine last month – the pages are reproduced here for your interest. I was interviewed by Phil Kemp a freelance journalist (www.creativethinking.xyz) who has been on my walks and has a deep interest in “life” in general! My thanks to Phil and hopefully the article will inspire more people to experience “Nature on our Doorstep” either via their own adventure or perhaps by joining me on one of my walks or activities.

I have had a few enquiries about the lack of “pre organised” events advertised on the website and thought I should offer an explanation: first up I usually sell a few vouchers as Xmas presents and the lucky recipients clearly get first dibs via an invite to activities. As you will know I like to keep my gatherings small but perfectly formed – this gives more time for attention to details, inclusion, conversation and, of course, friendship. To complicate matters MUCH more, I’m due an operation on my spine for which I can only expect 2 – 3 weeks notice and will then need 6 – 8 weeks convalescence! To prevent too much in the way of cancellations I am tending to plan ahead literally a month at the time. This is of course so frustrating as I like to plan much further ahead but I trust you understand my reasoning and thank you for your patience. Things will come good again and I have some super exciting plans and some different venues in the pipeline for post-op fun!
With this in mind, do please keep letting me know if there is something specific you’d like to do – I do make a proper note and think deeply about how to deliver a valued experience.
Best wishes for your Easter break!
