It’s exactly a month until Christmas so even a cynic like myself can justify getting the festive Woolly out and start getting excited about a flurry of snow on the 25th December!! This year I am, once again, going to be offering vouchers which can be purchased for Yuletide presents! The sort of things which I can offer really do fit into the “What to buy that person who is really difficult to buy for” category!!
To suit all tastes and budgets I have vouchers available at 3 different prices – and they can all be used for a specific activity or a combination where possible to suit that person. The lucky recipient can include a friend or relative to accompany them with ANY voucher purchased and can take up to 6 months to redeem the voucher to give plenty of planning time! The only variant on the price will be if the chosen venue is more than 20 miles from Haslemere, or if we require additional food or drink which needs to be bought.
Simply purchase your voucher by clicking the relevant PayPal button below . I will then send you a personalised voucher by email to slip into a Christmas card or a pressie!!! If you want a custom voucher or have any questions, contact me here. The following vouchers are available:
A Two Hour Countryside Experience – £40
Options include a general countryside walk; a specialist walk (eg birdsong, Dawn, Dusk, Nightjar, Nightingale); a bushcraft session (eg Firelighting masterclass) or a nature connection session/ therapy walk.
A Half Day Countryside Experience – £75
Options include: all of the above with additional features. Longer walks to take in different landscapes. Foraging sessions can round up with an al fresco feast of what we have gleaned. Bushcraft can be extended to include backwoods cooking over real fires or making artists’ charcoal, bows, whistles and camp gadgets.
A Full Day Countryside Experience – £140
This buys any or all of the above! A favourite is the “Combi Hike” which is a good nature orientated walk to include all aspects of natural history including birdsong. Lots of foraging on the way round to end up at a private campsite where we will learn firelighting and backwoods cooking and then look forward to learning some bushcraft skills after dining!! Archery with home-made bows is always very popular for the more active, whilst others might like to enjoy the primal thrill of relaxing around a beautiful fire whilst learning about methods of reconnecting with nature! Something for every taste!
Have no doubts, I do all I can to make these activities really special for those attending – I pride myself on being able to be as bespoke as possible in order to provide a great experience in our wonderful countryside!
